Delete your Masti Lounge account

Masti Lounge, a service of Techx Startup Corp.

You can delete your account and your data at any time. Here is how.

Option 1: delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Masti Lounge app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Option 2: you cannot open the app

Email us at contact@mastilounge.com with the subject Delete my account. Please write from the email address linked to your account, and include your registered mobile number so we can find the account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We reply within 15 days.

What happens to your data

• We delete or anonymize your profile, photos, chats, posts, support tickets, reports you filed, trip media, verification data and OTP records within 30 days.
• Deleted data leaves our backups when those backups expire on our hosting provider's schedule.
• We may keep limited records where the law or safety requires: payment and tax records for 6 years, or longer if tax law requires, and records of bans or serious safety reports for 3 years.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a Masti Plus subscription. Please cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings first. Unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires.
