How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Delete my account. Or see our delete account page.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the shield icon in any chat, or open the person's profile, then choose Report or Block. In an emergency, call 112 first.

How do I cancel Masti Plus?

Cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I was charged but did not get my credits

Check your purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play first. If you still need help, email us with your registered mobile number and a screenshot of the receipt.

My account was closed. Can I appeal?

Yes. Email us and tell us what happened. A person on our team will review it.
